When the wall-crawler confronts Norman on a nearby rooftop, he's distracted by the sudden appearance of the Green Goblin! Hold on, isn't Norman still the goblin? Then who is this new person clad in the green and purple attire? Plot continues in Sensational Spider-Man 25. First appearance of the fifth Green Goblin.
